Description
  • The project deals with the historical development of social state in Czechoslovakia from 1918 to 1992. Its primary chronological conception is determined by the periods of social legislature. Its interest will be focused on basic social event (for example sickness, unemployment etc.) and its solution within the social law. Up to certain extent, the project is going to deal with narrowly focused social security law as well as labor law. The elaboration focuses not only on the fundamental norms analysis but also and predominantly on their particular implementation and their effect on level of living which supposes an account of history of the everyday problematic. For that reason, an extensive archive research is expected, i.e. study of primal sources of non-juridical character. The topic will be placed into comparative perspective so that the domestic development is put into the context of European development. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je příprava syntetické monografie o dějinách sociálního státu v letech 1918-92 v ČSR. Půjde o postižení vývoje sociálního práva v ČSR, jeho vývojových možností ve vztahu k současnosti a postižení jeho vlivu na kvalitu života občanů.
