Description	While decision support methods and systems are widely studied and there are many real-world successful applications in management field, there are still open problems in strategic decision making support. Strategic decisions are hard to describe in formal way, as there are individual and subjective characteristics, which are difficult or impossible to formalize. The proposed project is considered as a framework for critical examination of the particular points of view to the questions of autonomous systems, especially of the complexity of their decision making behaviour in more complex (strategic) situations. From the basic research point of view better understanding of the role of non-rational aspects of decision making in humans, especially in the management and economics is expected. In experimental part of the project, applied aspects of the research will be tested and both virtual and physical systems will be used. Specific outcomes will be the virtual environment with a database of models and design of virtual environment for training of managers' creative decision making. (en) Hlavním cílem projektu je prohloubení poznání v oblasti kreativního rozhodování a výzkum možností jeho uplatnění v autonomních systémech. Dílčím cílem je praktické ověření jednotlivých teoretických předpokladů a navržených algoritmů ve virtuálním i skutečném prostředí.
