| - The intention of the grant is to react to the proved fact that the important comparative disadvantage of the Czech companies is the absence of the strategic targets and the means of their fulfillment. In some cases the reality is influenced by the fact that also external conditions of economic environment are formulated to support tactic and operational targets. The aim of this grant is to recognise principle features of the enterprise behavior in the market economy - mainly its internal motivation needs but also the determinants that influence it externally (such as tax policy as dominant one), to state important pre-conditions of transformation of the enterprise behavior into the strategic target dominants, to express the influence of the pre-conditions to organizational, plan, control and information functions of the system of management; to concretise their influence to the aim, content and structure of the enterprise information system especially from the point of view how to solve the (en)
- Zaměření grantu vychází z prokázané skutečnosti, že komparativní nevýhodou českých podniků často je absence strategických cílů a prostředků k jejich dosažení. V řadě případů je tato skutečnost ovlivněna i tím, že takticky a operativně jsou vymezeny i externí podmínky ekonomického prostředí, v nichž se podnik pohybuje. Cílem grantu je: rozpoznat základní rysy chování podniku v tržní ekonomice, zejména jeho vnitřní motivace, ale i determinanty, které ho ovlivňují externě (mezi nimiž hraje významné místo hlavně daňová politika), vymezit důležité předpoklady transformace podnikového chování na strategické cílové dominanty; vyjádřit vliv těchto předpokladů na organizační, plánovací, kontrolní a informační funkci systému řízení; konkretizovat jejich vliv na cíl, obsah a strukturu informačního systému podniku, a to zejména z hlediska toho, jak řešit vzájemnou proporci požadavků na informační systém z vnějšího okolí a z hlediska požadavků, které umožní podniku dosahovat jeho vnitřních cílů;
