Description	The aim of the project is an investigation of the impact of available monetary policies on the behavior of the small open economy. The topic of interest will be the feasibility of monetary rules tending to the stabilization of inflation and of the price level. The possibilities of the economic growth will be followed through the unobservable potential variables (NAIRU - Non-Accelerating Inflation Rate of Unemployment and NAIP - Non-Accelerating Inflation Product). The impact of expectations for the future development of relevant economic variables will be considered as well. For the solving of the above-mentioned topic the stochastic model derived on the micro-economic fundaments will be build-up that with recursive estimated time variable parameters and states expressing the development of unobservable variables. Moreover, the model of monetary economics with the endogenous banking sector and endogenous growth will be proposed, which enables to compare the Czech economy with the model of (en) Cílem projektu je zkoumaní dopadu možných monetárních politik na chování malé otevřené ekonomiky. Předmětem zájmu bude vhodnost monetárních pravidel směřujících ke stabilizaci inflace resp. cenové hladiny. Možnosti ekonomického růstu budou sledovány prostřednictvím nepozorovaných potenciálních veličin (NAIR- Non-Accelerating Inflation Rate of Unemployment a NAIP - Non-Acceleiating Inflation Product). Uvažován bude také vliv očekáváí (adaptivní, racionální a tzv. blízce racionální) budoucího vývoje vybraných ekonomických veličin. Pro řešení uvedené problematiky bude sestaven stochastický model odvozený na mikroekonomických teoretických základech s rekurzivně odhadovanými v čase proměnnými parametry a stavy přestavujícími vývoj nepozorovatelných veličin. V neposlední řadě pak bude navržen model monetární ekonomie s endogenním bankovním sektorem a endogenním růstem, který dovoluje srovnávat českou ekonomiku s modelem hospodářských cyklů zobrazující peněžní sektor.
