Description	The subject of the research will consist of three parts:1. Macroeconomics relations - the structure of business relations with the European Union (commodity structure, intra-industrial trade, pricing), the currency aspects (discrepancy between internal and external purchasing power of the Czech crown), the comparative position of the Czech Republic in the capital markets.2. The problems on the microeconomics level - the strategy of European companies in time of joining the European Union, the business of foreign companies in the Czech Republic, the role of multinational corporations, direct (co-operation) relations among companies, and specific problems of borderlands.3. The system and institutional conditions joint trade policy and the membership of the Czech Republic in the European Union (the consequences of the membership of the Czech Republic in the European Customs Union, the impact on the law system of the Czech Republic, international agreements that are essential for the Czech Republic, orga (en) Předmět výzkumu bude členěn do tří oblastí: 1. Vztahy makroekonomické povahy - struktura obchodních vztahů s EU (komoditní struktura, vnitrooborový obchod, cenové relace), měnové aspekty (diskrepance mezi vnitřní a vnější kupní silou koruny), komparativní postavení ČR v kapitálových vztazích. 2. Problémy na podnikové úrovni - strategie evropských podniků při vstupu do EU, podnikání zahraničních firem v ČR, úloha nadnárodních společností, přímé (kooperační) vztahy podniků a specifické problémyv příhraničních oblastech. 3. Systémové a institucionální podmínky - společná obchodní politika a členství ČR v EU (důsledky členství ČR v evropské celní unii, vliv na právní řád ČR, mezinárodní smlouvy, kterými je ČR vázána, organizační a institucionálnzměny v české státní správě.
