The project is conceived as part of anthropological reflection of the fact of changing relationships of human beings to the world. The motifs of space and time play one of the key roles in anthropology and philosophical anthropology both thematically and methodologically. The project submitted follows up the outcome of the grant project %22Philosophical Foundations of the Anthropological Meaning of Space%22 (GAČR 401/05/2558 for the years 2005-2007; Investigator Ladislav Benyovszky). The analyses made concerning the role of space in significant modern conceptions of perception refer implicitly to the task of furthering analyses of the role of time in perception as well as in other spheres of the human relationship to the world. Similarly the analysis of the constitution of everyday spatial orientation refers to rendering this analysis more profound in regard to the temporal foundation of spatial existence. In connection with it there arise questions of other aspects of this scope of problems. On the one hand there is the question of finality and initiality as founding elements of the temporality of human existence par excellence. On the other hand there is also the question of concrete typical existential forms of the temporal-spatial constitution of factual understanding to the self in the world, whereby philosophical reflection of these phenomena reaches into the spheres of research of various anthropological and humanistic disciplines.
