Description
| - The project is targeted to synthesis of new fused heterocyclic compounds with application of compounds with allenyl synthon as substrates. Basic target of the project is connected with preparation of allenylaldehydes, allenyloximes, allenylamines via propargyl(vinyl)ethers. Next 1,4-diazadienes, nitrones, symmetrical and nonsymmetrical alenylazines will be prepared. The center of our interest will be derivatives of natural alkaloid withasomnine, they are expected having interesting biological properties. Such properties are expected mainly for compounds with adamantyl or a large planar substitution like naphtyl, anthranyl etc. The introduction of adamantyl skeleton could lead to a formation of new flu treatment agent. On the other hand introduction of a large planar substitution might lead to new compounds with significant cytotoxic activity. (en)
- Hlavním cílem projektu je příprava sloučenin s allenovým synthonem a studium jejich vlastností zejména v cyklizačních reakcích vedoucích ke kondensovaným heterocyklickým sloučeninám. Dále se zamýšlí studium stability a reaktivity takto získaných nových heterocyklických sloučenin.
