| - The aim of the grant project is to study reactions of polarised ethylenes (enaminones, enaminoesters, enaminonitriles, selected heterocyclic enamines) with electrophilic reagents (particularly isocyanates, isothiocyanates, nitroso compounds and diazoniumsalts) and carbanions directed to preparation of new heterocyclic compounds (pyridazinium salts, oxazaborines, triazaborines, pyrazoles etc.) which could be adopted as ligands in coordination compounds and reversible redox systems. Structure of the products in solution will be studied by means of 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectroscopy from the standpoint of tautomeric equilibria that are fast in the NMR time scale, and isomerisations that are slow in the NMR time scale. The structure in solid state will be studied by means of X-ray and CP/MAS. The aim of the study of the crystalline substances is particularly the 3D networks formed by self-assembly of selected molecules derived from polarised ethylenes. - Cílem grantu je studium reakcí polarizovaných ethylenů (enaminonů, enaminoesterů, enaminonitrilů, vybraných heterocyklických enaminů) s elektrofilními činidly (zejména isokyanáty, isothiokyanáty, nitrosolátkami a diazoniovými solemi) a karbanionty s cílem připravit nové heterocyklické sloučeniny (pyridaziniové soli, oxazaboriny, triazaboriny, pyrazoly a další) jako ligandy pro koordinační sloučeniny a reverzibilní redox systémy. Struktura produktů v roztoku bude studována pomocí 1H, 13C a 15N NMR spektroskopie z hlediska tautomerních rovnováh rychlých v časové škále NMR a izomerizací pomalých v časové škále NMR. Struktura v tuhé fázi bude studována pomocí rentgenostrukturní analýzy a CP/MAS. Cílem studia látek v krystalu jsou zejména 3D sítě vznikající samoskladbou vybraných molekul odvozených od polarizovaných ethylenů.
