The interaction of the bases of nucleic acids, nucleosides and their derivatives on the electrode surface will be studied with the aid of the electrode impedance measurements. Main interest is focused on the derivatives which have approved medical effectMeasured data will be processed using the newest methods of the modeling of both stationary state of adsorbed layer and the kinetics of adsorption and two-dimensional condensation. The quantitative characterization of the interaction of molecules on the electrode surface will be used to establish a connection among the modification of the base or nucleoside, its adsorption behavior and its approved medical effect. Interakce bází nukleových kyselin, nukleosidů a jejich derivátů na povrchu elektrody bude studována pomocí měření impedance elektrodového systému. Předmětem zájmu budou zejména ty deriváty, u nichž byl prokázán léčivý účinek. Naměřená data budou zpracována pomocí nejnovějších metod modelování jak stacionárního stavu adsorbované vrstvy, tak i kinetiky adsorpce a dvojrozměrné kondenzace. Kvantitativní hodnocení interakcí molekul na povrchu elektrody umožní hledat souvislosti mezí způsobem modifikace báze, jejím adsorpčním chováním a prokázaným léčivým účinkem.
