The essence of the project is a systematic theoretical development of the so called PT-symmetric quantum mechanics. Within the standard framework of quantum theory this formalism admits representations of observables by non-self-adjoint operators in Hilbert space. We expect that we shall succeed in clarifying the succint features of the theory as well as in arriving at the whole series of its applications. We also plan to propose and/or develop new methods related to these applications. First of allwe intend to study the possibility of formulation of phenomenologically useful models with unusual physical features ranging from the maximally consistent inclusion of relativistic kinematics up to an incorporation of supersymmetry. Our constructions will rely upon the use of comparatively complicated nonlocal scalar products and of the involved operators of physical metrics. We plan to interrelate several mathematical aspects of the formalism which may be expected to incorporate disciplines as (en)
