Description	This theoretical project is devoted to extended non-metalic systems containing atoms with open d- or f-shells, on which the itinerant electrons are strongly correlated. Carefully selected models of strongly correlated systems will be studied far from equilibrium, during the short time transients induced by pulse disturbances, and also in steady states out of equilibrium. This will provide a new understanding of the correlation effects on the basis of their non-equilibrium dynamic behavior. This may include the dynamics of spin fluctuations and the transient spin polarization in diluted magnetic semiconductors during the non-linear response to strong electric fields, or a self-consistent inclusion of local magnetic and electric fields in vortex structures in high temperature superconductors. On the technical side, the non-equilibrium Green's functions will be employed. They will be found by a direct integration of the equations of motion for short times and transformed to effective transport (en) Tento teoretický projekt je věnován rozlehlým nekovovým systémům obsahujícím atomy s otevřenými d- anebo f-slupkami, na nichž jsou itinerantní elektrony silně korelovány. Vybrané modelové silně korelované systémy budou studovány daleko od rovnováhy, jak během krátkočasových přechodových jevů vyvolaných pulsními poruchami, tak v ustáleném nerovnovážném stavu. To povede k novému pochopení korelačních jevů na základě jejich nerovnovážného dynamického chování. Například, u zředěných magnetických polovodičů půjde mimo jiné o dynamiku spinových fluktuací a strukturu přechodové spinové polarizace při nelineární odezvě na silné elektrické pole, u vysokoteplotních supravodičů o self-konsistentní započtení lokálních magnetických a elektrických polí ve vortexových strukturách. Po technické stránce budou použity nerovnovážné Greenovy funkce, jež budou stanoveny přímou integrací pohybových rovnic pro krátké časy a převedeny na efektivní transportní rovnice pro dlouhé časy.
