Description
| - The project is focused on the study of the influence of the main chain structure and electronic and steric effects of pendant groups in (PÍ)-conjugated polymers on their optical, electrical and photoelectrical properties, mainly on the processes of excitation energy relaxation, and photogeneration and transport of free charge carriers. The series of new and already known (PÍ)-conjugated polymers bearing pendant groups with various electron affinity, ionization potential, length and bulkiness, and with various main chain configuration will be prepared using both insertion and metathesis catalysts. The chemical modifications will be designed to control the electronic structure of the polymer, photoinduced intra- and intermolecular charge transfer, the probability of the CT-states creation and their geminate recombination. The attempt to integrate more electronic functions into one macromolecule is also planned that should be accomplished by means of the synthesis of copolymers carrying two or more (en)
Bude připravena řada pi-konjugovaných polymerů nesoucích boční skupiny s různou chemickou strukturou a elektronovou afinitou a majících vhodnou konfigurační strukturu a morfologii, s cílem ovlivnit spektrální vlastnosti polymeru, přenos náboje uvnitř a mezi makromolekulami a fotoindukovaný přenos náboje s možností zvýšení pravděpodobnosti tvorby CT-párů a snížení pravděpodobnosti jejich vzájemné zpětné rekombinace. Současným navázáním různých skupin s odlišnými funkčními vlastnostmi zejména měření kinetiky fotoelektrické odezvy a fotoindukovné absorpce, kinetiky luminiscence v závislosti na elektrickém poli, optické spektroskopie a strukturální analýzy studovných
