| Description
| - The project concentrates on research in pure mathematics (functional analysis, algebra, ordered structures). The main goal is to investigate topical open problems in the theory of orthomodular structures, operator algebras and noncommutative measuretheory built on these structures. The main research lines are as follows: (1) Theory of orthomodular structures. Investigation of ordered structures and their measure spaces, algebraic properties and combinatorial constructions. (2) Theory of operatoralgebras. Study of their structures, states and state spaces. The proposed research project reflects the recent state of the discipline and continues the previous research effort of the team. The applications to other fields (the axiomatic quantumtheory, the quantum measurement theory, cybernetics) will also be dealt with. (en)
- Projekt se věnuje základnímu výzkumu v oblasti matematiky (funkcionální analýza, algebra, uspořádané struktury). Hlavním cílem je řešit aktuální problémy teorie ortomodulárních struktur, operátorových algeber a nekomutativní teorie míry budované natěchto strukturách. Konkrétní oblasti výzkumu jsou: (1) Teorie ortomodulárních struktur. Studium prostorů měr, algebraických vlastností a kombinatorických konstrukcí. (2) Teorie operátorových algeber. Studium jejich struktury, vlastností stavů astavových prostom. Navržený výzkumný program reaguje na současný stav těchto disciplín a navazuje na předchozí výsledky týmu. Aplikace výsledků v jiných vědních oblastech (axiomatické základy kvantové teorie, kvantová teorie měření, kybernetika) budoutaké předmětem výzkumu.
