The project focuses on complex solution of the problem of DC-link voltage pulsations in voltage source inverters of electric drives. These pulsations negatively affect operation of the drives, increase power losses and contribute to reduction in the lifetime of drives as well as of driven devices. This can eventually lead to considerable economic losses and even endanger safety. In the framework of the project, the main causes of such pulsations will be identified and their influence on the inverter as well as on the attached electric machine will be analyzed. Subsequently, methods aimed at minimizing or eliminating unfavorable effects that are suitable for implementation in practical drives will be proposed. These methods will consist in modifications of control algorithms of electric drives as well as of their construction. The suitability of the proposed measures will be verified by means of numerical simulations and experiments. The achieved results will improve the properties of electric drives under unfavorable conditions and thus increase their reliability and robustness. (en)
Cílem projektu je identifikace příčin vzniku pulzací napětí ve stejnosměrném meziobvodu napěťového měniče, analýza jejich vlivů na elektrický pohon a návrh a ověření vhodných metod minimalizujících nebo eliminujících tyto nepříznivé vlivy.
