Description
  • Research in the field of advanced composite materials application in the aeroplane fuselage design and structural and technological study of composite aeroplane fuselage in category CS 23/ FAR 23. Principal aim of the project is creation a design of the fuselage by advanced composite materials on a model section. The static, dynamic and environmental tests will be developed and carried out according to the authorized certification methodology. The final issue of the project will be an integrated set of data as base for development and certification process of the composite fuselage in accordance with CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) procedures.   • Výzkum v oblasti aplikace špičkových kompozitních materiálů v konstrukci trupu a zpracování konstrukční a technologické studie kompozitního trupu letounu v kategorii CS 23/ FAR 23, realizovatelná až do stádia modelové sekce. Budou vyvinuty a provedeny statické, dynamické a klimatotechnologické zkoušky, jako podklad pro vytvoření certifikační metodiky. Cílem jsou ucelené podklady pro vývoj a certifikaci kompozitního trupu.

  • Navržen celokompozitní trup malého dopravního letounu. Návrh ověřen výrobou zkušebních sekcí, které byly podrobeny zkouškám. Trup je o 20% lehčí, obsahuje o 85% méně dílů a je o 7% levnější než srovnatelná kovová varianta. (cs)
  • Design of the small transport aircraft has been performed. It has been verified by production of test sections subjected to tests. Designed all composite fuselage is 20% lighter, contain 85% less parts and it is 7% cheaper then comparable fuselage metal. (en)
