| - *The company GEMOS CZ sees several ways how to improve the application ranges of the different designs of boilers GEMOS that may considerably increase their use on the market in CR and aboad. The current conception of the kettles will remian. The present development was led all empirically with pracical experience. It is supported by the measuring too little. Series of the motives exist how to make the gasifying and combustion process efficient adjusting the mode in the gasifying and combustion space. The object is in the detail mapping also the energy losses of the system and to propose the technical adjustments for their decrasing. The important area, which would lead to streamline the system of the gasification and combusiton, is in the improvement of the control system of the units. The separate problem will be the solving of the technical adjustments and regimes in gasification and combustion space while using fuels with the humidity 40 - 45 % and very low granulity. (en)
- *Z řady aplikací různých provedení kotlů Gemos firma GEMOS CZ vidí několik směrů k zlepšení, které mohou značně zvýšit jejich uplatnění na trhu v ČR i zahraničí. Stávající koncepce kotlů bude zachována. Dosavadní vývojbyl veden ryze empiricky, praktickými zkušenostmi. Je velice málo podepřen měřením. Je i řada námětů, jak zefektivnit proces zplyňování, hoření úpravou režimu ve zplynovacím, spalovacím prostoru. Záměrem je detailně zmapovat i energetické ztráty systému a navrhnout technické úpravy k jejich snížení. Důležitou oblastí, která by vedla k zefektivnění systému zplyňování a spalování, je zdokonalení řidícího systému jednotek. Samostatnou problematikou bude řešení technických úprav režimů v zplynovacím, spalovacím prostoru při použití paliv o vlhkosti 40 - 45 % a velmi jemné zrnitosti.
