| Description
| - The project will be deal with problems affecting various aspects of the deformation behavior of the critical components of wind turbine gearboxes. Among the factors influencing the deformation potential, especially among the parameters of the input material (chemical composition, method of manufacturing, hardenability, etc.), method of forming, preliminary heat treatment, chemical and thermal treatment. The main goal of this project is to find a solution by taking into account the above aspects will lead to the manufacturing of gear parts with minimized appearance of deformational defects. (en)
- V rámci projektu bude řešena problematika jednotlivých aspektů ovlivňující deformační chování kritických komponent převodovek větrných elektráren. Mezi vlivy ovlivňující deformační potenciál se zejména řadí parametry vstupního materiálu (chemické složení, způsob výroby, prokalitelnost atd.), způsob tváření polotovaru, předběžné tepelné zpracování, chemicko teplené zpracování. Cílem projektu je nalézt takové řešení, které při zohlednění výše zmíněných aspektů povede k výrobě ozubených dílů s minimalizovaným výskytem deformačních vad.
