Description	The objective of the project is- construction and verification of the functioning conditions of the chemical reactor and heat exchanger with contactless microwave heating in the technological process of lowtemperature chemical regeneration of waste pickling liquors and rinse waters from the surface treatment processes of steel and other metals. The topic is the treatment of solutions/suspensions of strong inorganic acids (HNO3, HCl, HF) and their metal salts.- material research to the details of apparatuses and pipes for the technological unit of low-temperature regeneration. The output will consist in recommended construction materials, resistant at chemical and thermal treatment of waste pickling solutions. - construction of the pilot plant, where technological conditions and layout of the low-temperature regeneration unit will be studied, on the base of previous results obtained through experimental work on the development of chemical reactor and heat exchanger, and by material research. (en) Předmětem projektu je:-konstrukce a ověřování funkčních podmínek chemického reaktoru a tepelného výměníku s bezkontaktním MO v technologickém procesu nízkoteplotní chemické regenerace odpadních mořících lázní a oplachových vod z procesů povrchové úpravy oceli a barevných kovů. Jedná se zde o zpracovávání roztoků/suspenzí silných anorganických kyselin (HNO3, HCl, HF) a jejich metalických solí;-materiálový výzkum pro konstrukční prvky aparátů a rozvodných potrubí technologické linky NTR. Výstupem bude výběr doporučených konstrukčních materiálů dostatečně rezistentních při chemickém a tepelném zpracovávání roztoků odpadních mořících lázní;-konstrukce poloprovozní pilotní jednotky, na které budou, na podkladě výsledků a poznatků získaných z experimentálních prací zaměřených na konstrukci chemického reaktoru a výměníku tepla s MO a materiálový výzkum, zkoumány a ověřovány technologické podmínky a technologické uspořádání regenerační linky NTR.
