| - Information and recording ReDat system is a commercially very successful modular system used mainly by call centers. The competitive strength and expansion of this system are strongly dependent on its innovation and upgrading of new functions and technologies. ReDat upgrading of advanced voice analysis technology would allow increasing the value of the current recording system. More over, it will strengthen the market position of ReDat recording information systems. The new proposed technology will provide very useful functions such as emotion recognition, estimation of the speaker emotion level, speaker gender and age recognition and others, the identification of these parameters is such important and profitable especially for the security services and for the telemarketing companies.The new technology will enable also to recognize the mentioned speaker parameters in real time which could be extremely useful in some cases. - Informační a záznamový systém ReDat je komerčně úspěšný modulární produkt pro kontaktní centra, jehož udržení na trhu a další expanze je podmíněna inovací a rozšířením jeho funkčních schopností pro pokrytí rostoucích potřeb zákazníků. Inovace záznamového informačního systému ReDat a jeho doplnění o pokročilý modul hlasových analýz umožní zvýšení užitných vlastností současného systému ReDat a posílení jeho pozice na trhu záznamových informačních systémů. Od nové technologie pokročilé hlasové analýzy se očekává rozšíření schopností záznamového systému o detekci a následnou klasifikaci neverbální informace obsažené v hlasové komunikaci, určení druhu a úrovně emocí a dalších charakteristik mluvčího (věk a pohlaví).Zjišťování těchto parametrů je důležité na jedné straně v aplikacích pro bezpečnostní složky a na druhé straně v oblasti telemarketingu resp. při vyhodnocování úspěšnosti a efektivity kontaktních telefonních center.
