Description	Submitted project is focused on the research and development of manufacturing technique for the production of fully forged bottom with nozzles for nuclear power station steamgenerator. Except forging technology the research will be also focused on the structure and property studies of used steels. The choice of suitable procedural forging parameters and the structure and forging properties development will be simulated by means of the program FORGE 3D and TT Steel, results of this simulation will be verified on the basis of dynamic material model.Input data for operating forging will be further made more accurate by means of plasticity tests and thermomechanical simulator GLEEBLE. Results will be then verified by means of technological plasticity tests. Subsequent part of this project is dedicated to research of forging heat treatment with the aim to achieve required properties. (en) Předkládaný projekt je zaměřen na výzkum a vývoj technologie výroby celokovaného dna s nátrubky pro parogenerátory jaderných elektráren. Krom vlastní technologie kování dna bude výzkum rovněž zaměřen na studium struktury a vlastností použitých ocelí. Volba vhodných procesních parametrů kování a vývoj struktury a vlastností výkovků bude simulována pomocí programu FORGE 3D a TT Steel, výstupy ze simulace budou ověřovány na základě dynamického materiálového modelu. Vstupní data pro provozní kování budou dále upřesňovány pomocí plastometrických zkoušek na termomechanickém simulátoru GLEEBLE. Výsledky budou dále ověřovány pomocí technologických zkoušek tvařitelnosti. Další část projektu tvoří i výzkum tepelného zpracování výkovku s cílem dosažení požadovaných vlastností.
