Description	The main subject of this programmed project of R&D is the development of new multifunctional knitted products socks and other knitted structures with special physiological qualities and high comfort of wearing based on the latest knowledge of modern textile materials and their processing in the final product. We suppose reaching this goal with the help of the two principals: - the first with the help of using functional treatments which the yarns or semi-finished products will be modified; - the second with the help of using special functional fibers with specific qualities from which the yarns would be knitted either in a classical way or without a spindle. Final products will be structured according to the latest knowledge of requirements for physiological comfort of socks in the following variations: summer, winter, for diabetics, for extreme endurance, etc. (en) Hlavním předmětem tohoto programového projektu VaV je vývoj nových multifunkčních pletených výrobků - ponožek a dalších okrouhlých pletených struktur, se specifickými fyziologickými vlastnostmi a vysokým komfortem nošení na bázi nejnovějších poznatků o moderních textilních materiálech a jejich zpracování do konečného výrobku. Dosažení tohoto cíle předpokládáme dvěma principy: - první s využítím funkčních úpravárenských prostředků kotvených na povrch materiálu, kterými budou příze nebo polotovary upraveny; - druhý pak využitím speciálních funkčních vláken se specifickými vlastnostmi, ze kterých se příze vypředou, a to klasicky nebo bezvřetenově. Finální produkty budou zkonstruovány podle nejnovějších poznatků o požadavcích na fyziologický konfort ponožek v provedení letní, zimní, ponožky pro diabetiky, sport, extrémní zátěž, atd..
