Description	The goal of the project is to deal with the model alternates of the organization and control structures of the different business forms in the agriculture production in the concrete manufacturing enterprises that go on with the agriculture firms´ work. Apart of the project is a proposal of the content of the organization standards for the delimitation of the competence of the managers. The variants of the projects have to come out from the logic of the organization. The face of the solutions of the org anization and control structures, its creation and its utilizing in the conditions of the Czech Republic and abroad - the different sources and the comparison with reality of the particular business forms will be find out methodically. The proposals of the models of the formal organization and control structures are accomplishments this project. The mentioned models can be used for the organization activities of the enterprises management that is looking form the optimal organization and control structu (en) Cílem projektu je zpracovat modelové varianty organizačních a řídících struktur různých podnikových forem v zemědělské výrobě, resp. zpracovatelských podnicích, které navazují na zemědělské podniky. Součástí bude i návrh obsahu organizačních norem, kterévymezí kompetence řídících pracovníků (manažerů). Varianty projektu musí vycházet z logiky organizování. Metodicky se zjistí stav řešení organičních a řídících struktur, jejich tvorba a využití v podmínkách ČR i zahraničí - literární zdroje a komparac e s realitou konkrétních podnikových forem. Výsledkem těchto komparací budou návrhy modelů formálních organizačních a řídících struktur. Uvedené modely mohou být využity při organizačních aktivitách managementů podniků, které hledají optimální organizační a řídící strukturu vlastní podnikové formy.
