Description	The project focuses on methodological aspects of organization and management structures of agricultural entreprises. In the proces of new businesses establishment principles of organization theory were not taken into account. Potential negative subsequences have been temporarily reduced by high involvement and committment of new owners and entrepreneures. However, after a period of time the negative consequences of wrong strucure formation will inevitably come through. Ultimately, errors in recent irational structure formation will decrease competitiveness of agricultural entreprises. The necesity of a methodological approach to organization and management structure formation is based upon: - differentiation of owner and management structures within a entreprise - an increase of capital concentration, an enlargement of organization units in both ways spatial and personnel - effectiveness of administration procedures as a result of advanced PC technologies - requirements to provide organization (en) Předkládaný projekt je zaměřen na metodické aspekty tvorby organizačních a řídících struktur. Při vzniku nových podnikatelských subjektů nebyly respektovány principy organizační teorie a dočasně byly eliminovány vysokým stupněm motivace vlastníků a podnikatelů. Po určitém období se zákonitě začnou projevovat neefektivní, neracionální důsledky špatně utvářených struktur, které vyústí ve snižování konkurenceschopnosti podniků. Nezbytnost existence metodických přístupů tvorby OŘS je podporována: - oddělováním vlastnických a řídících struktur podnikatelských subjektů - zvyšováním koncentrace kapitálu, zvětšováním organizačních jednotek prostorově i personálně - racionalizací správních činností v důsledku zavádění výpočetní techniky do manažerských činností - nutností zavádění poradenských služeb a organizačního servisu - neexistencí modelových přístupů v zahraničí. Z těchto důvodů je cílem projektu analyzovat vývojové tendence OŘS, stanovit parametry OŘS a formulovat zásady projektován
