| - This project is aimed to improve the staffing of research and development in Palacky University in Olomouc through training of employees in research and PhD students in the areas of: - the protection, valuation and management of intellectual property - technology transfer - communication of the science and research results into practice The project is also aimed to motivate students in last grade of high schools with technical focus. There is the assumption of their career to study technically oriented disciplines. Preparation and implementation of educational program will follow within this project. This educational program will be based on the needs of target groups. Special trained group of researchers - the so-called technology scouts will be created. They will be monitoring the possible subjects of industrial property rights at their workplaces and encouraging their further use. On the basis of acquired information from the workplaces we will provide the analysis of industry trends (foresigh). %22The list of equipment and services of Palacky University%22 and %22The database of patents%22 will be the main supporting tools. All educational materials will be processed in a popular form and will be useful for self-study through e-learning. Continuous evaluation and dissemination will be done. Thanks to the project the staffing of research and development will be improved. (en)
- Univerzita Palackého v Olomouci je humanitně zaměřenou univerzitou. Na několika fakultách probíhá výzkum, který je využitelný ve firemní praxi. Projekt reaguje na situaci, kdy v povědomí pracovníků VaV a PhD. studentů není zakotven pojem ochrana průmyslového vlastnictví.Realizací projektu si klademe za cíl rozšířit obecné povědomí o nutnosti ochrany průmyslového vlastnictví a jeho dalšího využití. Nezapomeneme ani na oblast komunikace, propagace a řízení spolupráce mezi vědeckými pracovníky a průmyslem. Projekt bude využívat případových studií, zkušeností zástupců výzkumných pracovišť univerzity (technology scoutů) a bude reagovat na jejich podněty. Zaměříme se i na studenty technicky zaměřených SŠ/VOŠ v našem regionu a vzbudíme v nich zájem o studium technických nebo přírodovědných oborů. Studijní materiály budou zpracovány populárně naučnou formou, včetně e-learningu. Projekt budou realizovat konzultanti VTP UP-univerzitního pracoviště odpovědného za ochranu průmyslového vlastnictví.
