| Description
| - Global objective of the project: To improve quality of research and development personnel structure at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, and to establish an environment stimulating the research, development and innovation. Activities and specific objectives include: 1) Establishing a team of specialists providing complex services for all stages of research, development and innovation activities – development of Technology Transfer Centre; 2) Establishing an environment supporting innovation: - Physical environment utilizing Technology Park premises - Immaterial environment to be created by know-how transfer in the field of innovation (Knowledge transfer actions, knowledge portal); 3) Establishing a complex system of further education of R&D personnel that will simplify implementation of R&D+I activities; 4) Implementation of educational modules and courses; 5) Implementation of innovation support system into existing structures and management methods. The objectives will be achieved by implementation of set of activities leading to increased knowledge level of TBU in Zlín R&D personnel (scientific + other, and doctoral students) in all stages of the innovation process. Final outputs of the project: - Created and implemented system of education covering all stages of the innovation process (a set of 14 modules, 45 courses, and 30 actions combined with e-learning) - Comprehensively trained target group of R&D personnel (210 persons) - Established knowledge portal as a virtual environment to support innovation - Highly trained team of the Technology Transfer Centre (12 persons) providing expert services - Formalized university management of all knowledge and technology transfer forms (en)
- Globální cíl: Zkvalitnění personální struktury pracovníků ve VaV na UTB ve Zlíně a vytvoření prostředí stimulujícího výzkumnou, vývojovou a inovační (VaVaI) činnost. Aktivity a specifické cíle: 1) vytvoření týmu specialistů poskytujících služby pro všechny fáze VaVaI aktivit 2) vytvoření prostředí podporujícího inovace - akce transferu znalostí, znalostní portál 3) vytvoření komplexního systému dalšího vzdělávání pracovníků ve VaV 4) realizace vzdělávacích kurzů 5) implementace systému podpory inovací do existujících struktur a metod řízení.
