Description	1/ To evaluate changes in the flora of the Pilsen region over 100 years. Comparative recent survey will be based on the analysis of the František Maloch historical herbarium. 2/ To find changes in the habitats quality and to determine the main factors affecting their development. Analysis of the relations between the plant species and the habitat types will be done both for historical and recent data sets. 3/ To widen and increase access to the information the collection contains and to reduce the handling of these historical specimens. The collection will be digitized and the database including images will be available in electronic form. 4/ To publish the results both of the research and digitizing in the professional journals and present the results by exhibition, lectures and excursions. (en) 1/ Zjistit změny ve flóře Plzeňska po sto letech, na základě zpracování obsáhlé sbírky cévnatých rostlin Františka Malocha. Údaje z historického herbáře budou východiskem pro aktuální srovnávací floristický průzkum. 2/ Zjistit změny v charakteru biotopů a určit hlavní faktory ovlivňující jejich vývoj. Bude provedena analýza vztahu jednotlivých druhů k typu biotopu pro historický pramen i pro současný průzkum. 3/ Zvýšit dostupnost sbírky a zároveň omezit fyzickou manipulaci s historicky cennými položkami, pomocí digitalizace dat i obrazů. Sbírka bude zapsána do databáze Demus a do evropské databáze BioCASE; kompletní data včetně obrazové části tak budou k dispozici v digitální podobě. 4/ Výsledky výzkumu publikovat v odborných článcích a popularizovat formou výstavy, přednášek a exkurzí.
