Description	The underground mining in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Coal Basin (USCB) is executed in the vicinity of the hydrogeological structure %22detritus%22 whose basic characteristics are: thickness up to 200 m, total pressure up to 7 MPa and water reserves nearly 3 mlrd. m3. Safety zones are determined close to this horizon according to mining regulations issued by Czech mining authority in Prague and Ostrava.The mostly uncontrolled dewatering of the Miocene horizon during mining and the flooding of recently closed mines involved changes inside the detritus.Therefore it is necessary to describe the actual state, to revaluate the effectiveness of the actual legal regulations and to propose new ones (en) V činných dolech OKR je část hornické činnosti prováděna v blízkosti místní hlavní hydrogeologické struktury, t.j. zvodněných bazálních klastik spodního bádenu (tzv.detrit), mocných až 200 m, s tlakem vody až 7 MPa a se zásobou vody okolo 3 miliard m3. Vůči této struktuře je z bezpečnostních důvodů v dolech určován orientační bezpečnostní celík a následně ochranný celík ve smyslu vyhlášky ČBÚ č. 415/1991 Sb. a rozhodnutí OBÚ v Ostravě č. 10/1990.Hornická činnost vedla vlivem aktivního, převážně však neřízeného odvodňování tohoto kolektoru ke změnám charakteru jeho zvodnění. Další vlivy souvisí s likvidací dolů ostravské a petřvaldské dílčí pánve i Dolu Morcinek v Polsku. Cílem úkolu je postihnout aktuální stav zvodnění bazálních klastik a navrhnout případné legislativní změny.
