Description	This project is aimed at a systematic development of human resources in scientific fields through modernization and upgrading of the laboratories studying high-performance separation methods at the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague. The equipment in these laboratories is obsolete and inadequate for high-quality, whole-life practical training in scientific methods. The purchased instrumentation will further be used, after completion of the proposed project, by our students in the accredited programs and by graduated secondary school professors in courses enhancing their qualification.
