Description	Ease of access to expert knowledge and advice for cystic fibrosis (CF) patients and doctors as well as other care team members shall be improved by implementation of a multilingual web-based service. The expert advice will be offered in English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, and Rumanian. The System will be open for expansion to other languages (Spanish, Italian, French etc). Collaborating partners representing the Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian and other languages will be used to further spread the information on CF. All answers will be double checked for accordance with European guidelines and all experts involved will be part of a European network of quality assurance giving immediate feed back to the experts as to their quality of advice. The program will help to extract data on deficits in existing guidelines, or lack of evidence based guidelines. The expert advice will serve as a model for transfer of knowledge and expertise throughout European member states not only for rare diseases and by this will help to minimize patient travel.
