Description	The goal of the project is intensification of the bilateral cooperation and better exploitation of human resources and instrumentation. It will contribute to the education of PhD students, for which it will provide interesting research topics, broader instrumental capabilities and support of specialists, and also the possibility to discuss and confront with students from the other side of the border. Its output will be publications in international research journals. The scientific goal of the project is to explore and specify new compounds of the type A2T2X (A = lanthanide or U) and UTX and to determine the relation between the composition and their properties. Variable concentration of H will be used to tune magnetic properties around the onset of magnetic ordering (especially for U). For lanthanides, the goal will be to specify conditions for achieving the maximum H absorption. For compounds in the critical region of the transition, detailed characteristics down to very low temperatures will be established and analyzed in the context of non-Fermi liquid physics. For U-Mo alloys, the goal is to determine the resistance to H absorption. The project has a good chance to give a significant contribution to the physics of strongly correlated systems. (en) Cíl projektu je zintenzivnění bilaterální spolupráce a lepší využití lidských zdrojů a přístrojového vybavení v oboru fyziky kondenzovaných látek a materiálového výzkumu f-prvků (lanthanoidů a uranu). Přispěje i k výchově studentů-doktorandů, kterým poskytne nová atraktivní výzkumná témata, širší experimentální možnosti a větší podporu specialistů, možnost diskuse a srovnání se studenty na opačné straně hranice. Výstupem projektu budou hlavě publikace v mezinárodních výzkumných časopisech s impakt faktorem a příspěvky na konferencích, zaměřených na aktinoidy, lanthanoidy a hydridy. Vědeckým cílem projektu je prozkoumat a specifikovat nové sloučeniny typu A2T2X (A = lanthanoid nebo U) and UTX a jejich hydridy a určit vztah mezi složením a vlastnostmi. Variabilní koncentrace vodíku bude sloužit k ladění vlastností v okolí vzniku magnetického uspořádání (zvláště pro UTX). Pro lanthanoidy bude cílem ozřejmit podmínky pro maximální absobci vodíku. Pro materially v těsné blízkosti vzniku magnetického uspořádání budou získány detailní charakteristiky do velmi nízkých teplot. Ty pak budou analyzovány v kontextu fyziky non-Fermi liquid systémů. Pro slitiny U-Mo bude určena odolnost vůči hydrogenaci. Předložený projekt má velkou šanci významně přispět k fyzice silně korelovaných systémů.
