Description	-obtain new information on the nutrition medieval populations on the basis of studies of biological profiles and detailed osteological analysis (health, diseases, markers of nonspecific stress, 3D morphometrics). - preparation of samples for stable isotopes analysis δ13C, δ15N, δ18O) as a direct indicator of the food, nutrition system, - select individuals (skeletons) from different phases of the Middle Ages for the analysis of radioactive isotopes of strontium (87Sr/86Sr) due to the study of population migration. The study will take place in cooperation with the Anthropological Laboratory of the University Bordeaux (PACE A3P-UMR 5199) and Geological laboratory in Lyon (Laboratoire de Geologie de l'ENS Lyon UMR 5276) - exchange of knowledges between Czech and French laboratories and training of doctoral students (en) -získání nových údajů o výživě středověkých populací na základě studia biologických profilů a detailní osteologické analýzy (zdravotní stav, nemoci, projevy nespecifického stresu, 3D morfometrie), - příprava vzorků pro analýzu stabilních izotopů (δ13C, δ15N, δ18O) jako přímých indikátorů potravinového režimu; - vybrat jedince (kostry) z různých fází středověku pro analýzu radioaktivních izotopů strontia (87Sr/86Sr) z důvodu studia populačních migrací. Studium proběhne v rámci spolupráce spolupráce Antropologické laboratoře Univerzity Bordeaux (PACEA-A3P ; UMR 5199) s Geologickou laboratoří v Lyonu (Laboratoire de Géologie de l’ENS Lyon; UMR 5276) - výměna znalostí mezi českými a francouzskými laboratořemi a školení doktorandů.
