Description	In this project, we propose to study the effects of ghrelin agonist and antagonists, synthesized in the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (the Czech team) that are potential anti-obesity compounds, on : 1- Tau phosphorylation in neuronal cultures from wild type mouse cortex, (French team), in pheochromocytoma cell line PC12 differentiated into neuronal phenotype spontaneously expressing ghrelin receptors (Czech team) and in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus of lipodystrophic insulin resistant A-ZIP mice (Czech team). 2- Abeta-induced neuronal apoptosis in cultures of cortical and hippocampal neurons currently used in the French team, and to challenge if these effects are mediated by Tau protein. (en) V tomto projektu bychom chtěli studovat účinky agonistů ghrelinu a antagonistů ghrelinu jako potenciálních antiobezitních látek (syntetizovaných v ÚOCHB) na: 1. fosforylaci Tau proteinu v neuronálních kulturách z myšího kortexu (francouszký tým), u feochromocytomální buněčné linie PC12 diferencované na neurální fenotyp (obsahují receptor ghrelinu) a in vivo v kortexu a hipokampu v modelu lipodystrofických A-ZIP myší s rezistencí k inzulínu (český tým). 2. neuronální apoptózu indukovanou Abeta peptidem v kulturách buněk z kortexu a hipokampu a zjistit, zda jsou tyto účinky navozené pomocí Tau (francouzský tým).
