The quality testing of milk and milk products is the important step for save and quality food production. Because it deals on integral part of the nutrition namely of child population the problem of composition controls and microbiological quality increases its importance. The introduction of rapid and reliable analytical methods with effective control system is for more effective control necessary. Therefore the aim of this project is propose new procedures of testing system in raw milk and milk products especially by using new possibilities of instrumental technique in the field of chemical and microbiological quality.
