Description
| - A goal of the project is to determine negative factors, influencing rate of ecological impacts following from technological processes in food production of selected branches for their effective management and minimizing of impacts on living environment. A Czech version of the BAT (the best available techniques)is in question. The project will follow also reference documents european BREF documents of selected processing technologies of agricultural products being made into foodstuffs. (en)

- V souladu s cíli projektu byla zpracována analýza emisí v potravinářském průmyslu, obory cukr, drůbež, maso, mléko, nealko a pivo-slad, umožňující definovat jako ukazatele BAT/BREF kritické kontrolní body v podmínkách ČR. V dílčích metodikách jsou nově, uživatelsky příznivě - na 10-stránek - popsány hodnoty, složky a zdroje emisí do vody, vzduchu a odpadů, reference na spotřebu energií a vody (cs)
