Description	Získání nových poznatků o působení komplexních směsí látek vázaných na prachové částice (k-PAU, toxické kovy) a VOC v ovzduší na lidských organismus. Na různých populacích na Ostravsku (děti, strážníci) budou studovány mechanismy působení těchto látek na lidský genom (genová exprese, genetické polymorfismy). (cs) To obtain new knowledge on the effects of complex mixtures bound to dust particles (c-PAHs, toxic metals) and VOC in the ambient air on humans. The mechanisms of the action of these compounds on the human genome (gene expression, genetic polymorphisms) will be studied in different populations (children, city policemen) from the Ostrava region.
