The aim of this work is to establish and optimize method for the determination of drinkability of beer drinkability index define drinkability unit and attributes which influence beer drinkability. Further the stability of drinkability during storage of beer and the influence of selected flavours on beer drinkability are analyzed, as well as comparing between drinkability of Czech and foreign beers.
