| - Provést vnitrodruhovou a mezidruhovou hybridizaci domácích druhů dubu. Popsat choroby a škůdce ohrožující dubové porosty ve stadiu mlazin. Posoudit stav a možnosti reprodukce porostů teplomilných doubrav. (cs)
- Within the project the interspecific and intraspecific hybridization of the home species (Quercus robur, Q.petraea, Q. dalechampii, Q. polycarpa, Q. virgiliana, Q. pubescens) will be realised, with the first results of the inter-specific reproduction of pedunculate oak. Possible speeding of flowering induction will be verified. Based on the monitoring of the health state of pedunculate oak and sessile oak within the twenty years old sample plots, the impact of mycorrhizae, fungi and insect harmful agents on the oak state will be considered. Individuals showing certain level of resistance (tolerance) against Phytophthora sp. complex will be selected with the aim to find clones of necessary quality and resistant against infection stress. The state of selected thermophylic oak stands in Česky kras and České středohoří will be assessed, and their possible reproduction and the method of sustainable management will be worked-out, with respect to gene-sources and bio-diversity preservation.
