| Description
| - The aim of the project is to compare the prevalence of thyroid autoimmune diseases in women with breast cancer and colorectal cancer. 150 women with breast cancer and 150 women with colorectal cancer will be included in the study. Serum levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone, free thyroxine, antibodies to thyroglobulin and thyroperoxidase, prolactin and tumor markers CEA, CA 15-3 and CA 19-9 will be investigated in all subjects in the 1., 2. and 3. project years. Ultrasonography of the thyroid gland with computer analysis of images will be performed in the 1., 2. and 3. project years in all subjects. The possible relationship of parameters of thyroid function and thyroid autoimmunity to the stage and course of oncological disease, and to the serum levels of tumor markers will be evaluated. (en)
- Cílem projektu je porovnat výskyt autoimunitních tyreopatií u žen s karcinomem prsu a kolorektálním karcinomem. V rámci studie bude vyšetřeno 150 žen po operaci prsu a 150 žen po operaci pro kolorektální karcinom. U každé osoby budou v 1., 2. a 3. roce vyšetřeny sérové koncentrace tyreostimulačního hormonu, volného tyroxinu, protilátek proti tyreoperoxidáze a tyreoglobulinu a prolaktinu a bude provedena analýza textury sonogramu štítné žlázy. Bude hodnocen vztah parametrů tyreoidální funkce, tyreoidální autoimunity, prolaktinu a parametrů textury sonogramu štítné žlázy k průběhu obou onkologických onemocnění. (cs)
