  • The aim of the study is a clinical and laboratory comparison of three modern modalities of hysterectomy - vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy and total laparoscopic hysterectomy. The patients undergoing the study will be the patient with non-malignant disease of the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries; the study will be prospective and randomised. The main evaluated values are the number of peroperative and postoperative complications, postoperative morbidity, laboratory markers of tissue damage (en)
  • Cílem studie je porovnání minimálně invazivních technik hysterektomie z klinického hlediska. Bude provedeno vzájemné srovnání vaginální hysterektomie, laparoskopicky asistované vaginální hysterektomie a totální laparoskopické hysterektomie. Studie bude provedena u pacientek s benignim onemocněním dělohy, bude prospektivní a randomizovaná, budou stanovena standardní zařazovací kritéria pro všechny tři skupiny. Hlavnímy sledovanými kritérii budou četnost peroperačních a pooperačních komplikací, pooperační morbidita, laboratorní hodnocení zátěže organismu. (cs)
