Description	Oriject directed at determination of serum and bronchoalveolar fluid level of pneumoprotein CC16 in patients with interstitial lung disease (sarcoidosis - different stages, Sjogren sy) and in healthy control subjects. Methods: ELISA, latex immunoassay. By comparison of CC16 levels between patients with sarcoidosis and controls, between Sjogren sy patients with and without lung involvement, between differ.disease stages, we plan to find whether CC16 may be used as an easily measurable diagnostic marker. (en) Projekt zaměřen na stanovení hladiny pneumoproteinu CC16 v séru a bronchoalveolární tekutině pacientů s intersticiálním zánětem plic (sarkoidóza - různá stadia, Sjogrenův syndrom) a u zdravých kontrolních jedinců. Metody: ELISA a latexová imunoesej. Srovnáním hladin CC16 mezi pacienty se sarkoidózou a kontrolami, mezi pacienty se Sjögrenovým sy s plicním zánětem a bez něj, mezi různými stadii nemoci atd. zjistíme, zda je stanovení CC16 možno využít jako snadno stanovitelného diagnostického markeru.
