The quality of products influences the technologies and their impact on the environment and on the human health, which is of primary interest when developing new technologies. Separation and sample enrichment techniques play the major role in developmentof new analytical methods. Present project will focus on supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), capillary electrophoresis using electrokinetic micellar chromatography, bioaffinity chromatography and electroanalytical sample enrichment approaches based on stripping techniques using new electrode materials. The advantages of SFE over conventional liquid extraction methods follow from the properties of supercritical fluids. The nature of the project consists in developing new generally applicable set of methods complying with the requirment in the above menthioned fields. The research will be aimed at achieveng highest selectivity of new methods with optimum efficiency and sample enrichment effects. (en)
