- This project’s objective is to develop a device, which would fill gap in the current offer of automatic systems while being based on a laboratory diagram of commonly available methods. The project’s goal is to develop a device, which will fill the gap in the segment of automatic diagnostic devices, and with its capacity will be optimal for smaller laboratories and outpatient clinics. The device will require the service personnel only to a serum sample and a cartridge for ed examination, where all necessary diagnostics will already be prepared. In order to increase efficiency it will be possible with one sample and using a single cartridge to examine multiple parameters, for example the determination of antibodies class IgM and IgG. This system is yet not used by any automatic laboratory device. The entire examination process will be performed automatically by this device, sample dilution, incubation, rinse, dosing reagents from a cartridge up to evaluation of results.
