Description	Hlavním cílem výzkumu je nalezení vztahu mezi zdravotním stavem a sociální situací imigrantů a azylantů v České republice pomocí deseti sociálních determinant zdraví a dalších standardních zdravotnických a demografických ukazatelů. (cs) The object of investigation is to find the causal relations between health state and social situation of immigrants and recognized refugees in the Czech republic. To solve the project will be used both of qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative part of investigation is for analysis social determinants of health, its principle is the interview practising with individual immigrants and recognized refugees. The quantitative part of investigation is based on secondary analysis of data from medical records. The pilot study will preceded the own investigation and will determine optimum number of respondents in chosen regions of the Czech republic. The state of health will be described and analysed through standard medical and demographic indicating instruments. The social condition will be described and analysed through the ten social determinants of health. (en)
