  • "Cílem projektu je další vývoj materiálů a metod pro přípravu tevkých filmů oxidu titaničitého. Takové filmy vykazují vysokou fotokatalytickou aktivitu a proto mají vysoký aplikační potenciál pro samočisticí a samodesinfekční povrchy. Plánuje se v této oblasti začít kooperaci vedoucí k hlubšímu studiu těchto immobilizovaných fotokatalyticky aktivních vrstev. Plánujeme znalosti partnerů slovinské strany (syntéza nanokrystalických solů) s depozičními metodami české strany (materiálový tisk a přímmý ""patterning"" speciální experimentální tiskárnou). Taková kombinace materiálů a metod je originální." (cs)
  • The general aim of the proposed project is to further develop the materials and methods for preparation of TiO2 thin films. Such films show a high photocatalytic activity and therefore have a great potential to be applied as self-cleaning and self-dissinfecting surfaces. Investigators plan to establish a firm cooperation in this field which would enable them to better study such immobilized systems. We plan to combine the material knowledge of the Slovenian party (synthesis of nanocrystalline titania sols) with the deposition methods available to the Czech party (material printing and direct patterning performed by a special experimental printer). Such combination of materials and methods is original. (en)
