Description	The goal of this proposal is to identify novel mechanisms of interactions between neuroglial networks in the hippocampus. To test the hypothesis that the connectivity and Ca2+ signaling of astrocytic networks contribute to neuronal transmission and plasticity we set two specific aims: 1. To investigate the role of astrocytic network organization on neuronal activity and plasticity in the hippocampus. 2. To identify the astrocytic mechanisms involved in such neuronal modulation. (en) Cílem projektu je identifikovat nové mechanizmy interakce mezi neuronálními a astrocytárními sítěmi v hipokampu. Abychom ověřili naši hypotézu, že propojení a Ca2+ signalizace v astrocytárních sítích přímo ovlivňuje neuronální přenos a plasticitu, stanovili jsme si dva specifické cíle: 1. Studovat vliv organizace astrocytárních sítí na neuronální aktivitu a plasticitu v hipokampu. 2. Indentifikovat astrocytární mechanizmy, zapojené do neuronální modulace. (cs)
