Project is aimed at the study of the processes taking place under non-steady state conditions within highly loaded machine parts (bearings, gears and cams) to provide necessary information for the design of machine elements working under EHD lubrication regime. These non-steady conditions can results in increasing friction and wear of friction surfaces that significantly influence the durability and efficiency of machine elements. The project effectively uses the scientific experiences of both Chinese and Czech working groups in the proposed field to analyze the processes of the lubricant film forming during the working cycle of machine elements. It will make possible not only to validate theoretical models but also to predict the conditions resulting in the damage of machine parts. (en)
Cílem projektu je popsat změny v tloušťce mazacího filmu při rozběhu a reverzibilním pohybu strojních částí a tak stanovit kritické provozní podmínky pro prolomení mazacího filmu s následným nárůstem tření a opotřebení. (cs)
