Description	The expected output of the project is an overview analysis of the state of information systems and portals in the Czech Republic in the area of research and development. The analysis will include the evaluation of usability, timeliness and accessibility of the systems, as well as the characteristics of both their users and providers. To compile the analysis the project will evaluate the influence of technical, personal, structural, organizational, financial, and legislative factors on the development of R&D information systems at the national level, (en) Úkolem projektu je poskytnout přehlednou analýzu stavu informačních systémů a informačních portálů v oblasti výzkumu a vývoje a jejich využitelnosti, aktuálnosti a dostupnosti, dále pak charakterizovat jejich uživatele a poskytovatele. Projekt se zabývá posouzením vlivů technických, personálních, strukturálních, organizačních, finančních a legislativních faktorů na rozvoj informačních systémů pro VaV, včetně stanovení silných a slabých stránek. Součástí projektu je také navržení dalšího rozvoje národní informační infrastruktury výzkumu a vývoje v ČR. (cs)
