Description	The goal of this project is to work out the women and children care systems in the prenatal, intrapartal and postnatal period. The system will integrate medical and salutogenic conceptions. - in the prenatal period, the survey will target the issue of complex care of pregnant women, will be also focused at genetic investigation, education for parenting and the issue of assisted reproduction. - in the intrapartal period, the survey will target the indication to caesarean, episiotomies - in the postnatal period, the survey will target the care about children with the lowest birth weight. The realisation of this proposed project will suggest the possibilities of integration the medical and salutogenic procedures in the maternal and children care in the Czech Republic. The other goal is to work out the organizational structure of the system of mothers - migrants and their children care. This system will take into account the tradition of the care of a mother and a child in the country. (en) Cílem projektu je vypracovat systémy péče o matku a dítě v prenatálním, intranatálním a postnatálním období, které budou integrovat medicínské a salutogenní koncepce: - v prenatálním období bude výzkum zaměřen na problematiku komplexní péče o těhotnou ženu, na genetická vyšetření, na výchovu k rodičovství, problematiku asitované reprodukce - v intrapartálním období pak na indikace k císařským řezům, epiziotomiím - v postanatálním období na péči dětí s nejnižší porodní hmotností Realizace předloženého projektu bude navrhovat způsob integrace medicínských a salutogenních postupů v péči o ženu a dítě v ČR. Druhým cílem je vypracvat organizační strukturu systému péče o matky-migrantky a jejich děti. Tento systém bude brát v úvahu tradici péče o matku a dítě v zemi původu imigrantek. Dále opět budou integrovány medicínské postupy se specifickým salutogeními tradicemi. Výsledky projektu budou zpracovávány, konzultovány a IT pracovníky a rozšiřovány pomocí evropských databází a edukačních metod. (cs)
