Description	The aim of the project is enhancement of production of biologically active polyacetylenes in ginseng tissue cultures due to the regulation of biosynthetic pathways using elicitors. We will evaluate effect of elicitor application to: 1) biomass growth (1. period) 2) level of endogenous growth regulators (2. period) 3) polyacetylene accumulation (2. and 3. period) 4) biological activity of tissue culture extracts (3. and 4. period) (en) Cílem projektu je zvýšit produkci biologicky aktivních polyacetylenů ve tkáňových kulturách ženšene regulací jejich biosyntetických drah pomocí elicitorů. Bude zkoumán účinek elicitorů na: 1) nárůst biomasy (1. etapa) 2) hladinu endogenních růstových regulátorů (1. a 2. etapa) 3) produkci polyacetylenů (2. etapa) 4) biologickou aktivitu extraktů kultur(2. a 3. etapa) (cs)
