| Description
| - Základem projektu je i po jeho prodloužení badatelská konfrontace křesťanských norem s pramennou výpovědí o prožívané skutečnosti české a evropské středověké společnosti. Jde přitom zejména o výzkum způsobů a forem integrace české středověké společnosti do stávajícího křesťanského světa, tj. Evropy. Sleduje se myšlenka kulturního transferu mezi centrem (Římská říše, papežství, další instituce) a českým středověkým státem a společností. Další rozvoj tématického výzkumu probíhá v modulech 1. Benediktini – zrození středoevropské kultury, 2. Lucemburská velmoc ve střední Evropě, 3. Jagellonský podzim středověku, 4. Digitální dokumentace kulturního dědictví českého středověku. Očekávanými výstupy budou monografie, digitální databáze a průběžné kontrolovatelné výsledky nově zahájených projektů. (cs)
- Even after the project’s extension, its basis continues to be the expert confrontation of Christian norms with the testimony in the sources on the reality experienced by mediaeval society in Bohemia as well as in Europe. At the same time, the main focus is the research of the ways and forms of integration of Czech mediaeval society into the contemporary Christian world, i.e. Europe. The project explores the idea of the cultural transfer between the centre (the Roman Empire, the papacy, other institutions) and the mediaeval Czech state and society. The thematic research is further conducted in the following modules: 1. The Benedictines – The Birth of Central European Culture; 2. The Luxemburg Great Power in Central Europe; 3. The Jagiellonian Autumn of the Middle Ages; 4. The Digital Documentation of the Cultural Heritage of the Middle Ages in the Czech Lands. The outcomes are expected to be monographs, digital databases and ongoing verifiable results of the newly initiated projects. (en)
